Yes. Habloft is built to support both traditional and non-traditional real estate agents. Wholesalers and creative finance agents are accepted, and Habloft provides support for multiple growth paths inside real estate including wholesaling, novations, fix and flip, and buy-and-hold investing.

Yes. Habloft provides ongoing training, mentorship, and access to educational resources, including traditional real estate training as well as advanced topics like investing, creative finance, tax planning for real estate agents, and business strategy, areas that most brokerages do not cover.

Habloft agents receive access to live and online training, continuing education classes, electronic signature tools, a back office system with CRM, transaction management workflows, office access, full-time support staff, lead sources, coaching, accountability, and a collaborative agent community.

Yes. Habloft offers tax planning assistance, retirement planning assistance, accounting education for agents and investors, business systems, and operational support designed to help agents grow with more strategy and structure. Tax planning for real estate agents is a core part of the Habloft ecosystem.

Habloft offers three flexible commission plans. Habloft Access is $0/month with a $997 transaction fee (capped at 12/year) and 100% commission after cap. Habloft Prime is $99/month with a $497 transaction fee capped at 20/year and 100% commission on every deal. Habloft Elite at $159/month includes everything in Prime plus dedicated mentorship, premium branding, lead generation, and white-glove onboarding. All plans include a $199 annual E&O fee.

Yes. Many of our agents transition from other brokerages. We make the onboarding and transfer process simple and guide you through each step to ensure a smooth transition. Habloft provides options for both new agent registration and new agent transfer.

Joining Habloft is simple: (1) Choose the plan that best fits your goals, (2) Complete the Letter of Intent form, (3) Our team will contact you within 1 business day to begin onboarding. From there, you'll be guided step by step into the Habloft ecosystem.
